I have never met a more caring doctor. Dr. Smith takes the time to explain his plan for your mental health. His office is clean and comfortable. The staff is kind, and Dr. Smith does everything he can possibly do to care for his patients. I feel lucky to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Smith is one of the few doctors in my experience that didn't make me feel less than or inadequate. I never feel rushed or unheard. He's very genuine, caring, and efficient. Pleasant mannerism, explains things so I am able to understand the whole picture, and I never feel judged. Great doctor !

I've been a patient of Dr. Smith since 2016 and he is the only one I trust with my mental health care. He's kind and very easy to talk to, he listens to everything I may have to say and he makes treatment decisions based on the information he gathers by listening and understanding my individual needs. If a treatment doesn't work out after a few months he's very open to attacking the problem from a different angle. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of individualized personal mental health care.

Dr. Smith is an outstanding physician, but more importantly a personable human being with a huge heart. Dr. Smith is an amazing psychiatrist with extensive knowledge with in my case, Bipolar Disorder. He listens to his patients and makes sure their needs are acknowledged. I personally go to the Tampa office where he has a great staff which includes Stephanie and Courtney which I like to call the "dynamic duo" of the Dr. Smith team.

I'm so happy to have found a mental health provider as attentive and compassionate as Dr. Smith. HE gets 5 stars from me even though I will say that the wait is sometimes ridiculous. If you don't have patience, then this place is not for you. However, if you really want to be heard and are willing to give him your time, he will do the same for you. The only reason I have to give the practice 4 stars is because it's very hard to establish contact with the office by phone or have someone get back to you in a timely fashion, which can be extremely frustrating if you don't live close by.

Dr.Smith is different then any doctor my son has seen before. We had reached the hopeless point when Dr.Smith took over our son’s care. He was determined that our son could get better. His dedication to his patients is priceless. Dr. Smith has given us our son back and his life. We are forever grateful.
